B7020-E-T-P4S-UL is a large-size, high-rigidity, universal paired all-steel super-precision spindle bearing for heavy-duty and medium-high speed high-end spindle systems. Each code represents exclusive performance and structural attributes:

B7020: Large-bore 7020 ultra-precision angular contact bearing (bore 100mm, outer diameter 150mm), belonging to large-scale spindle bearing specification, used for high-load and large-stroke spindle units.

E: 25° large contact angle, significantly enhanced axial rigidity and composite load capacity, core configuration for heavy-duty precision spindles.

T: High-strength fiber-reinforced resin window-type cage, high temperature resistance, low friction, anti-deformation, adapting to long-term high-load and high-speed continuous operation.

P4S: Ultra-high precision special grade, narrowed tolerance band, dimensional accuracy P4 level, rotational runout accuracy upgraded to P2 level, far higher than standard P4 bearings, ensuring ultra-precision stable rotation.

UL: Universal single bearing for free pairing. All single bearings have consistent tolerance parameters, allowing spindle manufacturers to arbitrarily match DB/DT/QBC combinations and adjust preload on demand, with strong assembly flexibility.

Q2: What is the difference between P4S precision and ordinary P4 grade?

A2: P4S is an upgraded ultra-precision grade with narrowed tolerance band. Its dimensional tolerance is P4 level, while the rotational runout accuracy is upgraded to P2 ultra-high precision level. It has lower vibration and higher repeat positioning accuracy than ordinary P4 bearings, which can maintain micron-level precision stability under long-term heavy-load operation, suitable for high-end precision processing scenarios.

Q3: Can this bearing be used for heavy roughing processing?

A3: It supports medium-heavy load semi-finishing and high-precision finishing, but long-term violent heavy roughing with strong impact is not recommended. Although it has high rigidity, long-term extreme impact load will cause raceway stress concentration, resulting in precision attenuation and shortened service life.
