The high speed spindle bearing is a specially designed angular contact ball bearing consisting of an inner ring. An outer ring, a cage, a set of rolling elements and optional grease and seals. Q2: What lubrication methods are suitable for 7002CTRV1VDBELP4?
A5: It is mainly adapted to oil mist lubrication and precision oil-air lubrication. The different supply modes are determined by bearing precision tolerance consistency, preload stability, structural characteristics and application working conditions, with essential differences in design logic and applicable scenarios.
1. Factory-matched bearings refer to two or multiple bearings screened, measured and paired by the bearing manufacturer in strict accordance with precision tolerance, ring deformation consistency and preload standard, delivered as a complete paired assembly set (such as the DBEL preloaded pairing of 7002CTRV1VDBELP4).
