In 2021, the deep groove ball bearing factory relocated from Hangzhou to Huzhou. It operate in a 10,000㎡ production facility with a team of 75 employees, focused on the R&D, and manufacturing of high-performance deep groove ball bearings.

Q1: What is the difference between 2RSD sealed and open-type P4 bearings?
A: 2RSD refers to double-sided non-contact rubber seals. It provides excellent dust-proof and liquid-splash-proof capability with nearly no friction increase. Open bearings rely on external oil lubrication and are only suitable for fully enclosed clean environments. The 2RSD sealed version is maintenance-free and more adaptable to general workshop conditions.
Q2: Why adopt phenolic resin T-cage instead of nylon cage?
A: The T-type phenolic resin laminated cage features higher temperature resistance, better structural stability and lower high-speed centrifugal deformation than nylon cages. It is specially designed for spindle ultra-high-speed continuous operation, effectively suppressing high-speed noise and raceway wear.
Q3: Can this bearing run at ultra-high speed continuously?
A: Yes. With 15° low-friction contact angle, optimized internal ball kinematics and low-heat non-contact seal structure, it delivers excellent high-speed stability. It is the preferred sealed spindle bearing for long-cycle unmanned production.
Q4: Can SKF/NSK equivalent models be directly interchanged without modification?
A: Yes. All 7013 series P4-grade sealed bearings with 15° contact angle share unified installation dimensions and mounting preload standards, achieving 100% mechanical interchangeability.
Q5: What working environment is not suitable for 2RSD sealed bearings?
A: Not applicable for high-pressure water flushing and long-term liquid immersion scenarios. Non-contact seals can block splash and dust, but cannot resist continuous high-pressure water ingress. For harsh immersion environments, contact sealed bearing types should be selected.
