1. Hangzhou Factory - YJB

Founded in June 2007, YJB is located in Hangzhou. As a subsidiary of HXB Group, we are a national high-tech enterprise and provincial science & technology enterprise specializing in R&D and manufacturing of high-precision, high-speed, advanced, special and professional bearings.

2. Huzhou Factory

In 2021, the deep groove ball bearing factory relocated from Hangzhou to Huzhou. It operate in a 10,000㎡ production facility with a team of 75 employees, focused on the R&D, and manufacturing of high-performance deep groove ball bearings.

We maintain a professional engineering and quality system to ensure stable precision and reliability.

Engineering Team: 4 bearing design & process engineers, accounting for 5% of staff.

Quality Team: 15 quality personnel, including 2 quality engineers, 20% of staff, covering incoming inspection, in-process control and final testing.

Light‑weight polyamide material, much lower inertia than brass cage, lower heat generation at high‑speed, higher DN limit.

Ball‑guided design: larger grease reservoir beside outer ring, short running‑in period, stable temperature rise for grease lubrication.

Low friction & good damping performance, low noise for precision spindle application.

Soft wear debris, less risk of raceway damage compare with metallic cages.

Good toughness against acceleration / deceleration shock. Operating temperature:‑40 ~ +120℃.

Excellent for grease & oil‑air lubrication; not for continuous temperature above 120 °C.
