Aerospace bearing inner rings, outer rings and steel balls are matched with targeted high-performance materials according to different extreme working scenarios, abandoning ordinary bearing steel:

M50 (AMS6491):It is the most classic and widely used aerospace bearing steel. It maintains stable high-temperature hardness and excellent fatigue resistance, suitable for long-term operation at temperatures ranging from -50℃ to 320℃. It is mainly applied to aero-engine accessories, rotor parts and transmission system bearings.

M50NiL:An upgraded carburized aerospace steel with higher toughness and impact resistance. It performs excellently under variable heavy-load conditions and effectively resists fatigue damage, making it the preferred material for core load-bearing components of aviation power systems.

9Cr18 / 440C Stainless Steel:Features high hardness and superior corrosion resistance. It is specially used for aviation control system bearings and aerospace equipment that work in humid, oxidizable and corrosive environments for a long time.

Si3N4 Silicon Nitride Ceramic:A lightweight high-end rolling body material with the advantages of ultra-high temperature resistance, insulation performance and low wear. It is mostly used for high-speed aero-engine ceramic hybrid bearings, which can significantly reduce friction heat generated by high-speed operation and improve bearing stability and service life.

MPA / MPB Machined Brass Cage:The mainstream standard cage for aerospace bearings. It has low friction coefficient, excellent thermal stability and strong vibration resistance, and will not deform or fail under long-term high-speed and high-temperature operating conditions.

PEEK Engineering Plastic Cage:Lightweight, self-lubricating, low-noise and fatigue-resistant. It is widely used in lightweight and high-speed aerospace precision components to reduce overall equipment weight and optimize operating stability.
