SKF3 & 803Q (OVAKO): These high-purity bearing steels feature uniform material texture, ultra-low impurity content and excellent hardenability. After precision heat treatment, they achieve high surface hardness and exceptional rolling contact fatigue resistance, effectively resisting cyclic impact loads and surface peeling during long-term continuous operation. They maintain stable dimensional accuracy under high-load and high-speed working conditions, suitable for general high-precision industrial transmission scenarios.
Cronidur 30: As a high-performance martensitic stainless bearing steel, it boasts superior corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and wear resistance compared with conventional bearing steels. It can withstand harsh environments with moisture, weak acid and alkali corrosion and temperature fluctuations, avoiding rust, deformation and performance attenuation of raceways. It is ideal for outdoor equipment, chemical industry and high-temperature operating scenarios.
9Cr18Mo: This stainless steel material has high hardness, strong abrasion resistance and good comprehensive mechanical properties. It features excellent anti-rust performance and stable structural strength, effectively reducing raceway wear and extending the overall service life of the bearing in humid, dusty and lightly corrosive working environments.
2. Rolling Elements (Si₃N₄ Silicon Nitride Ceramic Balls)
Matching with steel rings, high-purity silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) ceramic balls are adopted as rolling elements, which are the core advantage of hybrid bearings and bring multiple breakthrough performance improvements:
Lightweight & High-Speed Performance: Ceramic balls have only 40% of the density of steel balls, which greatly reduces centrifugal force and inertial resistance during high-speed rotation. This enables the bearing to operate stably at 30% higher rotating speed than all-steel bearings, effectively reducing operating vibration and noise.
Excellent Electrical Insulation: Si₃N₄ ceramic is a non-conductive material, which completely isolates current transmission inside the bearing. It thoroughly avoids electrical erosion, spark damage and raceway ablation caused by shaft current and stray current, perfectly matching the operating requirements of motor, electric drive and new energy equipment.
Superior Wear & Fatigue Resistance: With ultra-high hardness, compressive strength and self-lubricating property, ceramic balls have a lower friction coefficient than steel balls. They effectively reduce rolling friction loss, resist surface scratch and fatigue spalling, and maintain stable rotation accuracy for a long time.
Strong Environmental Adaptability: It has low thermal expansion coefficient, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, with stable performance in high-temperature, low-temperature and dusty environments. It can still operate normally under temporary poor lubrication conditions.
3. Bearing Cages (Multi-Specification High-Performance Polymer Materials)
Three types of high-quality cage materials are optional, covering low, medium and high-end application scenarios, balancing strength, toughness and high-temperature resistance:
Phenolic Resin: It features light weight, good wear resistance, low friction coefficient and excellent insulation performance. It has stable dimensional stability under high-speed operation, effectively reducing friction between cages and rolling elements, and is cost-effective, suitable for conventional high-speed and general industrial equipment.
PEEK: As a high-performance special engineering plastic, PEEK has ultra-high temperature resistance, mechanical strength and fatigue resistance. It maintains stable structural toughness and will not deform or brittle at high temperatures. It features low noise, abrasion resistance and long service life, applicable for high-precision, high-speed and long-cycle working conditions such as precision machine tools and industrial spindles.
Engineering Plastic: It has good comprehensive toughness, impact resistance and processing performance, with low operating noise and stable rotation. It is economical and practical, meeting the daily operating needs of conventional mechanical equipment and realizing cost-effective stable operation.
4. Lubricating Grease (High-End Branded Special Grease)
We adopt imported professional bearing greases from Lubcon and Klueber, which are specially formulated for high-speed and high-precision bearings, with outstanding lubrication and protection performance:
These greases have excellent high and low temperature resistance, stable viscosity and long-term lubrication durability. They form a uniform and tough lubricating film between rolling elements and raceways, effectively reducing friction and wear, lowering operating temperature and suppressing heat generation.
They feature good oxidation resistance and anti-aging performance, not easy to deteriorate and carbonize after long-term operation. They greatly extend the bearing maintenance cycle and service life, and can adapt to continuous high-load and high-speed operating conditions of precision equipment.
5. Sealing Components (NBR & FKM/Viton Seals)
Dual sealing material options ensure reliable dustproof, waterproof and anti-leakage performance for different working environments:
NBR Seals: Nitrile rubber seals have excellent wear resistance, oil resistance and elastic recovery performance. They fit tightly with bearing parts, effectively preventing internal grease leakage and blocking external dust, particulate impurities and conventional oil pollution. They are cost-effective and suitable for conventional indoor and moderately clean industrial environments.
FKM/Viton Seals: Fluororubber seals have ultra-strong high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and aging resistance. They can resist erosion of high temperature, organic solvents, acid and alkali substances, and maintain stable sealing performance in harsh environments such as high temperature, humidity and chemical pollution. They are the preferred sealing solution for high-end and harsh working condition equipment.
